So we got a key signature of Db major, but the key signature consists of 3 black dots on F C F. Never seen that and makes zero sense.

well those are the only notes in a Db major scale that aren’t flat, so it must mean flat everything but those. Makes sense if u think ab it

I think it's probably written in D major, but the singers have chosen to sing it a semitone down to fit their voices better.
