Yes and something I did not know until I saw a news story yesterday quoting a doctor who wants to help these people, he said that after a person has been systematically starved, they have to have medical treatment in order to SLOWLY re-introduce food and nutrients to their system. Or they will develop "Re-feeding Syndrome" I didn't know this before, but when the Russians freed some of the Holocaust victims in Ww2, the victims died within 3 days of being freed due to being fed normal portions. The cruelty people are capable of is just crazy and horrendous. All of this wonderful technology and Scientific feats, yet we still haven't developed a cure for hatred 😢

These people went from dark cells where they were starved, beaten, tortured and probably haven’t seen the outside since the day they were taken into prison and the only people they saw were other prisoners who were in the same condition or worse and the guards who tortured them, to now they’ve been released and have hundreds of people in their face asking them questions and touching them. They need to be left alone and some peace in the hospital a place to feel safe for the first time in who knows how long to be able to come out of the trauma they’ve endured. I get the families desperately want to find their family members but this is about the worst way they can go about it for these prisoners and only further induces trauma and completely overloads them.
