France: A304 Charleville - Rocroi

Génial l'autoroute A304. Elle relie Charleville-Mézières à Couvin en passant près de Fumay (Ardennes). L'A304 sera bientôt prolongée jusqu'à Charleroi

@Gérard Excellente nouvelle pour tous les transfrontaliers : le tronçon belge de 14 km (qui correspond au contournement de Couvin) est également ouvert à la circulation depuis l'été 2020.

Wow!! Finally, a road that really goes somewhere fast. lol 😁 I sometimes wonder about some of the highways around Europe, as they can be confusing, or twisty, or just plain old whacked out weird. I'm glad to see that France and Belgium is working towards making a highway that goes from one country to another without having to stop for roundabouts, and narrow roads. I'm happy that more smart decisions are being made about the roads, and may they be used successfully. Thank you for taping this adventure in France, and a bit of Belgium, and showing us this new highway and how much faster it is. 😊😊😊🐸

That roller coaster gradient profile looks like something you would expect on a Ligne à Grande Vitesse. Not that I could make them out but were those speed limits on those grades for all vehicles or just for trucks?
