She did if you read between the lines. She basically implied the rise of the far-right in France and the EU would lead to a decline of American influence in Europe and with rise of pro-Russian influence which could eventually lead to real repercussions for the United States and everyday Americans and their way of life. Putin is getting what he wants by weakening the United States and NATO from the inside while political extremist on both sides are cheering, not realizing they’re being used as puns in a larger game.
