The penalty review at 11 minutes 51 seconds. Technically couldn't Argentina be penalized for being off feet? The Argentinian player was clearly on his knees when he made the tackle! I do believe all aspects of the game of Rugby Union football is supposed to be played by players on their feet.

I'm sorry, whether the players palm was facing forwards or not the ball went BACKWARDS. Etzebeth accidentally knocked it backwards in the WC final. That is NOT a penalty try and yellow card.

problem here is that you are not allowed to throw the ball out of the field with your hands. Only with your feet.

c'est un en avant, connaitre les lois de la physique vous aiderait, quand vous faites une passe en avant en reculant ca donne ça. Regardez le départ du ballon, il va bien en avant, l' arbitre n' a fait aucune erreur sur cette action.

Si vous lancez un objet en avant quand vous êtes en voiture vous le jetterez en avant mais votre vitesse supérieure à celle de l' objet le fera en arrière, c'est de la pure physique de base. Le geste ici est bien en avant, l' arbitre n' a commis aucune erreur.
