The 10 thousand unidentified or under rubble is a non exact figure. How do you know how many people are under the rubble and are they all the unidentified. Any death in war is terrible, dreadful and a waste of human life but this is a war started by Hamas and as the Hamas leaders live safely in other countries, why didn’t those countries open their doors to protect innocent life.

The point is that that Hamas run health ministry drastically exaggerated the number of women and children killed. Even if every one of those “unidentified or missing” bodies were all woman and children they still wouldn’t reach the prior numbers the U.N put out. And there is no doubt many of the unidentified bodies are Men. If we go off of the current ratio of men to women/children, it is nearly 1:1. That’s why this is important. This news story is what’s fake

What you are saying if false, that's not what they said. All they said is that the UN has moved the unidentified corps into its own category. But the number of children and women hasn't been changed. The thing is, if you have a small body it's of course a child, but some children were so disfigured that they couldn't be identified: the UN has moved these into the "unidentified" category. Neither the number of death nor the "type" (men, women, children) has changed.

The May 6th figures shows "> 9500 women" and "> 14,500 children". Then the May 8th figures show "4,959 women" and "7,797 children". > 9,500 + > 14,500 = > 24,000 total women and children. 4,959 + 7,797 = 12,756 > 24,000 - 12,756 = > 11,244 34,844 total - 24,686 identified = 10,158 unidentified. Even if all the unidentified bodies were women & children, the previous count was still 1,086 too high. There aren't enough unidentified bodies (even 2 days later, with a higher total) to account for the numbers removed from the women & children subtotals. And it is completely unreasonable to assume that all of the unidentified bodies are women and children.

The overall number of deaths isn't what was reported to have been halved, it's the number of women and children that died. The 7500 is indeed a 50% reduction relative to 15,000. If you talk about the opposite, moving from 7500 to 15000, would be a 100% increase, that's the point I was clarifying initially.

And it is completely unreasonable to assume that all of the unidentified bodies are women and children. It is also unreasonable to believe that when someone lied about the subtotals - for 7 months - and finally adjusted them, that there isn't a commensurate adjustment to the total.
