it's so stupid to for you to discuss the putin's statement when you have cut off the main part. the full speech: There is an attempt to substitute concepts. Because we are not talking about authorizing or prohibiting the Kiev regime from striking Russian territory. It already does so with the help of drones and other means. But when it comes to the use of Western-made long-range precision weapons, that's a completely different story. The fact is that, as I have already mentioned and any experts will confirm this (both in our country and in the West), the Ukrainian army is not capable of striking with modern long-range Western-made precision systems. It cannot do it. This is possible only with the use of intelligence from satellites, which Ukraine does not have - this is data only from satellites of either the European Union or the United States, in general, from NATO satellites. This is the first thing. The second, and very important, maybe the key one, is that only NATO servicemen can make flight assignments to these missile systems. Ukrainian servicemen cannot do this. And so this is not a question of allowing the Ukrainian regime to strike Russia with these weapons or not. It's about deciding that NATO countries are directly involved in a military conflict or not. If this decision is made, it will mean nothing but direct participation of NATO countries, the United States, European countries in the war in Ukraine. This is their direct participation. And this, of course, significantly changes the very essence, the very nature of the conflict. It will mean that NATO countries, the United States and European countries are at war with Russia. And if that is the case, then, bearing in mind the change in the very essence of this conflict, we will make appropriate decisions based on the threats that will be posed to us.

"The Taliban is on the run! Victory is just around the corner!" US/NATO Generals, 2001-2021 "He knows very well NATO is not getting involved!" Sure, NONE of this war is possible without US/NATO weapons, US/NATO intelligence, US/EU money, and so on and so forth. We're just arming, equipping, funding Ukraine and giving Ukraine instructions, how can Russia believe this is a US/NATO proxy war? That's just silly. Sheesh.

I am a US Army Vet. and I have great respect for General Lloyd Austin. At the same time he has a fault and it is that he is use to talking to professional soldiers. When he speaks I get more out of what he says than what the news reports. In a professional manner he told Zelenskyy publicly that his military is incompetent. Had I been on the stage in Zelenskyy's place I would have wanted to exit the stage or hide behind the podium. He talked to Zelenskyy like he was a US Army first day private that needed corrected again. Even going as far as saying, "We have had this talk before". I want the rest of you countries to keep America out of you mouth. We are a young country, you are old. We are the world super power and the richest country. If we need advice we will ask our experts. Do not see Biden letting Ukraine use ATACMS in Russia. It is not needed and a mistake. It will only make things worse for Ukraine because Russia will turn to its dirty bag of tricks. They are on the edge already. Biden will tell UK and France to do as they wish. Then wait 18 to 24 months and you will see politicians falling over dead in those countries. I know Russia and lived through this when the wall fell.
