lindor looked like he forgot how to play baseball in the beginning of the year. but that didn't last long as he finished the year as one of THE most valuable baseball players any team could have on their roster. it's safe to say the entire mets cinderella season would not be possible without lindor playing gold glove defense and swinging an insanely hot bat. he does everything. he hits for average and power. he steals bases and plays an elite shortstop. and he's clearly the leader the mets turn to when theyre looking for inspiration. he had a lot of famous moments this year including a series clinching grand slam against my philadelphia phillies :'(. anyways mr. smile is a mets legend now.
