I have a question, I been meditating for three years and just I started doing No-Dual meditations two weeks ago..first few days my body was irritated but always calms down after little while but now it seems often fall asleep even I wasn’t tired.. is anyone have similar experiences or know why is this happens? Only awareness is self-evident. “Existence” or ‘’nonexistence” are extremists philosophical concepts. To speak about an awareness that exists as a substratum is mere reification, a fallacy.
