7:08 so this video confirms that whatever mess that this executive FV though he could use to rebirth Todd Manning into GH failed. Because we see Franco here in 2010 confirm he was aware of what happened to Michael. The executive attempted to use that and condone Franco and condition the GH audience to condone franco in little Jake's life which was wrong immorally wrong! And that the apology that Franco used as an attempt to be exonerated himself from what happened to Michael in 2013 back at the Haunted Starr now proves that Franco was fully aware of Carter's actions being in the statements Franco here in 2010 makes to Jason referring to what happened to Michael and that Franco was aware of it..therefore the actions of what franco did doesn't get air brushed from a Tumor the fact he he was aware confirms that at tumor doesn't control Franco's intentions or choices the fact is franco pointed Carter at Michael and Michael got raped. So the 2013 reappearance of Franco involuntarily sabotages itself and it doens't give Franco the right to reformation or redemption when Franco doesn't even take responsibility for his actions let alone the accountability of the fallacies that come with being Franco in the first place.
