Absolutely wonderful little piece, dedicated to the memory of Luigi Dallapiccola. The word ‘lumen’ was set in the final completed bar of LD’s other unfinished work, a setting, I believe, of St Augustine. Possibly Lumen is a transformation of a fragment of that piece
