It started off as they both were going to host a more Modern Talk show/ Sports Show in ESPN's freshly built New York studio. Well something happened behind the scenes where only Mike Greenberg is going to host this new Talk Show. At one point it was rumored Golic was getting let go; however, some other behind the scenes shit went down where ESPN decided to keep Golic and match him up with Trey Wingo.

Actually you are wrong....He got put on the map by having an amazing John Madden impersonation when John Madden and the Madden Video game was in it's prime. He turned that opportunity into doing other impersonations. I think his Charles Barkley is good. His Morgan Freeman is good as well. The other ones are kinda so so...but you have to cut him some slack as he does SO many impersonations. I don't know any other comedian who took on THAT many different people.
