I don't know. Richard Little was pretty damn good, in his day. His Johnny Carson, Humphrey Bogard, Jack Benny and Jimmy Steward were just as good as Frank's impressions, if not better. It's certainly close. Maybe I'm biased because I grew up with Richard Little. If you haven't seen his stuff, you really need to look it up. I will agree that Frank's Charles Barkley and Morgan Freeman were fantastic.

Bush is excellent including the facial expressions. In an interview with Mike Huckabee he was very funny impersonating Dick Cheney. He does a great Robert De Niro and, I tell you what man, his John Gruden impression is great too.
