Seen these guys play this at Kerrang Tour, and Frank got in the middle of the crowd and got everyone to sit down. Then told us the story behind the song, and everyone just sat and listened as he sang it. I was nearly crying. There were some people crying, but this is an amazing song. It was an absolute pleasure learning about this band, would definitely go see them again. Cannot fault their performance at all.

This has to be one of the most heartfelt and honest tracks I've ever heard. And it demonstrates beautifully the correlation between passion, sincerity and screamed vocals

I lost my dog 3 years ago, and this song just got me in tears and an intense pressure on the chest. It has been 3 years without you Luke, and I still can'tbelive that you're gone. My companion, my best friend, my dog for 16 years, since i was 7 years old. I still remember you, and 'll do always. Although your pain is gone, I feel worse.

saw them last night on the kerang tour, never having listened to them before, frank talked about loosing his stepfather, he talked about loosing someone close to you before he sang this song, i lost my grandad only a few days ago, and it was so inspirational and amazing, thank you so much frank 😞

I lost my husband a year ago so this song hits hard, its incredible, the lyrics, the raw emotion, the anger, the sadness. Music is helping me to push through my sorrow, and particularly frank and the rattlesnakes. Thank you 🙏

I don't know how to say this But I have to go There's nothing I could say to you You don't already know It's not as if we grew apart It's just that you got old You always tried to keep me warm But I've never felt this cold And I'm sorry I can't tell you That I love you anymore Or that I care about you more now Than I ever did before If you can hear my crying Then I'm sorry if it hurts Although your pain has lifted I feel worse I hope you can see us From your castle in the clouds You were brave until the very end And you made us all so proud I can feel you fading And it's ruining my soul Just stay with me I don't want to be alone You were more than just a heart beat You were a partner and a friend I will carry you in my heart Until the bitter end And when I finally fall down I promise you will live on You will never be forgotten Even though you are gone And I'm sorry I can't tell you That I love you anymore Or that I care about you more now Than I ever did before If you can hear my crying Then I'm sorry if it hurts Although your pain has lifted I feel worse I want to stay this warm forever I want to be this close to heaven

This song allows me to vicariously express my deepest, most depressing emotions. Those absolutely raw, visceral, vocals of desperation for things to get better so well define my thoughts.

I broke down crying to this and came here to see if this hit anyone in the same way. Nice to see that in some way me and all of you here share some sort of invisible connection through this song. The more I listen to it the harder it gets to keep my eyes dry. "I care about you more know than I ever did before"cut painfully deep. I've always felt a sort of guilt for not being able to give as much unconditional love back to my grandparents as they gave me, and when they were gone I suddenly seemed to care more. I hate that feeling.

Honnestly, those kind of feelings deserve to be screamed like that! I'm glad this kind of songs exist. They remind me I can't control everything and help me to let it go.
