How can we not appreciate that Frank enjoys hanging out with Kramer, who’s unemployed and probably crazy, but has no respect for his own son and has zero tolerance with his shenanigans? I think the key difference is that Kramer never complains, while George is always nagging, which Frank thinks is annoying.

A professional chef was hired for the sole purpose of performing Frank's one-handed egg cracking, but the chef had difficulty performing under the pressure of filming. I love that scene because it always cracks me up and because unlike George and the others, Estelle doesn’t make excuses about how there’s nothing wrong with her cooking but simply tells Frank to deal with it seeing how he can’t even make a sandwich anymore without reliving his haunting memories.
