Should've done this with Ross Wilson from Southampton as DoF as whoever the next manager will be, we are very likely to have a director of football above them. He's the favourite for it.

D J Its a good shout for Ross Wilson. The video came out as the rumour of De Boer started circulating. On Rogues channel he might do a DoF at Rangers from 17/18 season with a new manager.

You probably should of simmed the first season and started De Boer in charge for 17/18 season, or even put him in charge about this time in the season so it gives him the rest of 16/17 season to get to know his side and make changes for the 2nd season in charge
