Mr. Gashumba just made a very strong acknowledgement I have always had..I was in Kampala a month ago but was heavily crestfallen when at Wandegeya junction, I observed a swarm of bodabodas moving with no interest in traffic lights regulation...crossing anyhow like wilder beasts crossing streams in the Masai mara. We need to organise our Capital sincerely. Kampala with unruly bodabodas and hawkers is not a City at all.
