Fantastic scene between two dynamic actors. John Danelle and Antonio Fargas. AWESOME! I miss AMC being on the air; however, this type of drama was long gone.

I was at work. My supervisor came in from lunch and she was crying. I asked her what was wrong and she said Frank died on All My Children. I was like girl I bet you wouldn't cry like that if I died. We had a laugh.

Frank and Nancy Grant were very underused for the more than 10 years they were on AMC. And the only time they started to get more air time(When Jesse and Angie became popular), Frank has a heart attack and dies. Very sad!

DeeNice681 Hmmm I don't know a lot about early AMC I remember seeing a clip of Cliff and Nina's wedding and a believe Frank was Cliff's best man, if I'm not mistaken. It's always interesting to know about black characters on soaps at a time when there wasn't too many. I wish there was more info on storylines with Ed and Carla from OLTL. They were like the first black supercouple in daytime.

@@tonyneal3266 Ellen Holly. And she was an original cast member on OLTL. She said quite a bit about her time on OLTL. From what the person DeeNice681 said and from what I even read there really want that much storyline or use for Frank and Nancy on AMC until they decided to bring in Darnell Williams who played Jesse In the early 80’s. This scene is actually very sad to watch.

@@krumbsbakery154 You got that right! And by all means don’t put them in front running storylines in the 70’s and 80’s. Even into the early 90’s. I have to say Darnell Williams and Debbi Morgan help paved the way for that. Ellen Holly and the late Al Freeman Jr started it off in the 70’s.

This is not a criticism…I am so grateful for this list and who am I to rewrite history, anyway, 0:02 but maybe there is a version in which nobody has a fatal anything but LEAAST of All a fatal heart attack or stroke?
@entertainme300014 жыл бұрын
so is this where the late Frank Grant dies? I know by '83 he's gone coz Jesse tells Angie he wants to name their boy "Frankie" after Jesse's dearly departed uncle. So maybe the stroke had him die afterward? And remember when Jesse shot and killed Les in '87 and how devastated Angie was?
