Integrity, passion and humility. That's the man I would want coaching my team. Too many injuries to key people and an uncharacteristically bad season for Adam Vinatieri defined the Colts in 2019. And remember, Jacoby Brissett is on his first season as starting QB in Reich's system. I think if the Colts can stay healthy and keep the offensive line strong, 2020 looks promising.
