We live in snow country in Idaho, already had 4 in. Snow. We have 52 head of black angus and crossbreed cows. Angus and Shorthorn Bulls. Just a little warning on pregnant cows eating pine needles, it can cause them to abort. We found out the hard way, baled some hay close to the trees and lost 4 fetuses that year. Lady Bug is a great name, I hope it's a heifer. God bless your family and hope you all have Happy holidays.

Yay! Another year of Frank. I'm fixing to do what y'all did earlier this year. I just closed on my new house Friday. Got a bunch of deliveries coming next week. Furiture a Stove, Fridge,Stand up Freezer,Washer and Dryer. It will all be in the house by next Friday. That will be my first official day of living there. Rae, Suggestiion, since it looks like you are still suffering with allergies. Eat local honey, preferably unpasturized. Also if your body can stand it fresh Raw Milk also helps. The closer the hives and dairy are to you the better (does your neighbor milk his the Charolais?
