I met Frank for a few seconds when I ran up to him years ago and asked for a pic. I feel like I might have came at him a bit too aggressive or excited when compared to the other people around him, not only was I a fan, but through my job I had a whole collage of MMA fighters pretending to punch me and I wanted to add him to it. Anyway, to make a long story short, I asked to him kinda put his fist near my face (most other fighters loved it and mean mugged) anyway he pressed his knuckles on my chin pretty damn hard lol. I felt it for like an hour afterward. It's a fond memory and I wanted to share :) Great dude.

Dan Henderson was my favorite fighter. I loved Fedor as well and when they fought i was torn. I liked them both so I just figured the better man will win. But when Fedor started smashing Henderson I switched sides and was praying he could find a way. When he caught him and knocked him out I was totally shocked. I felt bad for Fedor Emilanenco, he was such a beast but inside i breathed a sigh of relief. The elite Greco and the tnt right hand were lethal. I lived the way Hendo went for the kill and when he threw the Hi bomb it was as Cus Damato taught Tyson, "Throw with bad intentions". His ko over Bisping is one of the greatest kos ever seen. I liked most of the great fighters. Rampage, Coture, Chuck, Nick Diaz, Belfort, Velasquez, Silva and others but Henderson I think was the best. Maybe if he started mma a few years earlier he would have remained undefeated his entire career.

He accidentally knocked a guy out cold with only his bicep. True story. Wrestling match and when buddy shot in , Hendo accidentally hit him with his bicep and he was sleeping. He's super dense. His masseuse said she cannot get all the way through his muscle to hit the deeper areas. He's built like a brick out house. And why he was also able to lay out any man regardless of size with one shot. He has big hands though and that's definitely part of punching power. But Frank Trigg has told the story of the bicep ko . Man's so humble, but an absolute gorilla. Randy Couture said he's got gorilla grip . It's strange how it works, but a lot of the best don't look like it. Especially strikers as I watch super lean people hit way harder than body builders and steroid abusers . But it's the connetic chain they are using to build speed and power. That energy is very different

I’m smaller than Dan Henderson, and absolutely stronger. Back when I did train, I was around 185 pounds and I would ragdoll some heavyweights. It was a jiu-jitsu gym, but MMA. We had this guy and his nic-name was 300 because he weigh 300 pounds and I would rag doll him. Would gain top position and he could never reverse me, and I would just smother him. He would always accuse me of taking steroids because he couldn’t understand how someone half his size was stringer, It’s just genetics. I have cousins that are the same and I think it’s tendon strength not just muscle strength. Example, my cousin has never been trained and he hit the punching power Machine , and it was in the high 900s which is harder than most heavyweight trained boxers. I could hit in the high 800s close to 900 at 185 pounds which seems more than most of the heavy weights. As they say, you’re either born a puncher or you’re not. My main point is some people genetically speaking, are just way stronger based on tendon position of how it’s attached to the bones, it creates leverage.
