I was lucky enough to see Frank in concert the last year he performed. Honestly, I wasn't expecting him to give it much (health), but he killed it. Incredible show..his voice was as rich as ever. He was awesome.

Love the blowing of the imitation dice. Class… Straight class. This version is a little faster and more jazzy than the record version but it’s Frank and he never EVER gives a bad performance 🙏🎉

Frank Loesser fue el compositor de "Luck be a lady tonight" que desgraciadamente cantó Marlon Brando en "Guys and dolls" (en el film) Sinatra, también trabajaba pero no lo cantó ahí, luego si lo hizo en repetidas ocasiones hasta su muerte. Hasta lo grabó en dúo con Chrissie Hynde. En el film Brando tira los dados, dándole aliento y les dice "Suerte, sé una mujer esta noche" , por eso Sinatra los agita imaginariamente y los arroja cuando dice esto.

I like when he did this with the Count Basie Orchestra a bit more. Too many strings in this version but it still swings better than anything out there. I also noticed he had Sonny Payne from the Basie Orchestra on drums. That guy knew how to make a song swing.
