Just a suggestion, but back in 1984 a Peanuts special called "Flashbeagle" came out. There is one disco scene with Snoopy in a headband and legwarmers doing an incredible dance routine. The brought in Marine Jahan who was the dance double for Jennifer Beals in Flashdance, had her dance and then animated snoopy to her dance moves. The song is great and Snoopy can move.

Love how they captured Freddie's cheeky (no pun intended) attitude. If you want to see how he could spit venom in real life you should react to "Death On Two Legs". Queen's manager in the early days was cheating them & they couldn't get out of their contract so Freddie wrote the song about him. It's considered one of the 1st diss songs. You didn't piss Freddie off without paying a price! Btw, there's no good live version where you hear the lyrics (& that's what's important!). Please do the Official video. That's how you get the full impact.💙
@aylbdrmadison10513 жыл бұрын
I was reading the first sentence of your comment and about to mention _Death On Two Legs._ lols Since I first heard him, Freddie has been one of my favorite rock singers, and imo is still one of the best singers of any genre of music, ever. But more importantly for me as a guitarist, is ever since I first started playing guitar as a child in the 1970's, I specifically wanted Brian Mays guitar tone. The entire band is a talent-fest too though.

No, Frank Sinatra WAS NOT in the Mafia. Having said that, Itallian Americans from ALL walks of life LOVED Mr.Sinatra....That also included some very influential members of the "Organized Crime" sector. Basically, it was kind of like this: The Mob " "addopted" "The Rat Pack." Anyone who said or did anything to disrespect "The Rat Pack" risked the wrath of the mafia.

This isn't one of the close ones but I still love it. Granted I am more a Freddie fan than Frank. I love Queen wholeheartedly while the only things I associate Frank Sinatra with are Guys and Dolls (the movie which he is excellent in) and Joe Piscapo impersonations on old Saturday Night Live. As a side note I was reading some gangster's autobiography and he was talking about hanging out with Sinatra. Frank would host them whenever they came thru Vegas. The author claimed that Frank was giddy with excitement whenever 'made men' came thru. He made Frank sound like a complete fanboy. He also claimed that they never asked Frank for anything more than show tickets and meals (which I got the impression Frank bought for them so they would hang out with him) so he wasn't 'in their pocket' in any meaningful way. He was just a fan. Of course the dude who wrote the book may have been lying but they way he told it sounded plausible.
@surfersilver66103 жыл бұрын
This sounds/seems more realistic. Everyone wants to sensationalize everything and make mountains out of mole hills. I've talked to/dealt with a few gang bangers and talked to them with respect like adults and everything went smooth. It's not always like the movies. But there is always a Joe Pesci lurking around somewhere....ruining it for everyone, so be careful. LOL.
