Sinatra at his peak. I think any girl would melt if he sang to her like that. I remember Ava saying that they would fight like cats and dogs during the day but, that evening, when performing at a club, Frank would sing directly at her like this and she said all was forgiven. This was such a fun movie with Frank, Bing and Louis Armstrong. Bing was pretty compelling when he sang "True Love."

Saba De Yes, it's not even just the eyes ,lot's of actors today even , you could say were and are more handsome ,maybe someone like Bradley Cooper , is not my idea of sexy and boring in comparison, a guy like a girl has to be more than just pretty or to quote Frank Sinatra , it's no dice. Personality,it's the expression, lots of movie star Humphrey Bogart and even Elvis , who wasn't giving movies worth of his acting talent, were this way, when the actress was in front of them, they weren't so self absorbed, like alot of our actors today , they were into the scene and the actor or actress infront of them.
