I swear that I saw a Thomas NNOF in a hanger pack at a Venture in Chicago in 1990. The hanger had 2 capsules of cards, and the Thomas NNOF was on the front. Didn’t buy it back then.

Did you ever check to see if you got the other blackless cards? No one has the same no name as Thomas, but several are partial no names and they also have no black borders. Can’t remember them all, but it’s Marcus Lawton, Jon Hart, John Morris, Kevin Tapini and Derrin Jackson…and a couple others.

I’ve never come across any of the partial blackless cards or seen them in person. Incredibly rare!
