So true, to this day i get angry at this movie, i just watched once, i can't stand the cheap useness of previous recording from the first installment of the series which is really good, and they make this crappie filmography and called a day, all though there's glimpses of a nice story, but the crappie aspects, kill the movie. The Third one Inferno is a huge improvement over this one in every angle, and my second favourite movie of this Series behind the Death Race 2008

Because she prolonged carls suffering by making him Frankenstein

She wasn't a reporter. She was an executive producer, and was the one that put the bounty out on the character's head. The hit was botched leaving him scarred. The others were high up people that were calling shots on the races, but she was the person most directly responsible for his suffering and being stuck in the race as a pawn.

He doesn't *_always_* die in every film he's in. He lived in _National Treasure, Silent Hill, Flightplan, Jupiter Ascending, Troy,_ and the first _Percy Jackson_ movie. I'm sure there are more, but those are the only ones I can think off the top of my head.
