I’m from Michigan and did a travel nursing assignment in Boston when COVID first hit. Some restaurant brought us a meal one night that included some wings. When I asked where the ranch was, my coworkers looked at me like I had three heads. They’re like, ranch for what? Certainly not the wings! 😂 Definitely a regional thing. Edit: And, speaking as an RN, the part about the abscessed tooth is so legit-in the ER I have assisted physicians with abscess drainage and the smell, especially depending on where they’re located, is usually enough to bring you to your knees. But, I mean, you can’t react! 😂 One of the reasons I don’t mind having to wear masks at work now is because people can’t see half my face anymore 😂
