I’m not sure if you’ve just had really bad luck or maybe because you’re new to reloading but I have about 5000 rounds through mine reloading 6.5 creedmoor 308, 300 rum 300 weatherby 7rem mag and haven’t had any issues you’re describing. I use Hornady lube spray and spray all my brass and dies thoroughly before I resize/deprime. I’m not sure if this is a contributing factor to your problems. I don’t have any experience reloading pistol ammo in this but from your video I gather you are mainly using for rifle ammo. Have you figured out other than just normal use what may be causing your issues?

Thank you for the feedback, I also use Hornady lube spray, actually as new reloader I have tried a few different brands of lube and have found nothing better or more efficient than Hornady One Shot. I would love to think its bad luck, but 2 with same issues seems weird. I have tried to figure it out what is causing the issues but cant for the life of me. I do typically deprime my brass before washing, then Size, then seat the bullet and crip if need to on 5.56. So there are time where brass is ran through 4 times. So maybe that is it, but really not sure. Thanks for the feedback will keep things updated.

So put thread lock on all set screws?

From the factory it should have something on it, and was more to point that out, and I do put it on as they come out.
