This actually didn't need to be blurred... Content that naturally includes nudity seems to be left alone. I saw another Lipstick clip which had the nudity intact, and I've seen several music videos which include topless and naked women which are left alone. The main thing seems to be that the video is tagged as Age Restricted, and KZbin leaves it alone.
