Just an idea, put the content that the title suggests at the end of your video and get abit more Watchtime from the newcomers, like imagine the favourite mma question and other personal ones was around the mid section so they get to know you then they see the title content by the end and maybe create a fan. Don’t know if that will help you or if it’s done that way on purpose but had the thought and thought to shared it.

Bro if you ever read this then I’ve got a solution to your knee problem. You need to do the Patrick step with an elevated heel to strengthen the muscles and tendons in the knee. You already do strength and conditioning so add this and watch the difference. When it works you need to get me free coffee machine and coffee 👊🏼

If your sweating you reduce your sodium levels, so just drink in accordance to how much you sweat, exercise or when you feel dehydrated.
