I really appreciate how you leave in the “oops” and then show us how to recover from it without editing tricks to make it look perfect! It shows us how even a non expert can do it.

This is one of the best reassembly videos for the Franklin Armory trigger anywhere on the internet. As an owner of this binary trigger, I can assure you that trying to get that tiny IDS spring back in during assembly and having the master slave pin go in just right to hold the disconnector and IDS together at the same time is an absolute bitch from Hell if you are not doing it the exact right way. Download and save this video as everyone who owns the Franklin Armory trigger will need it at some point.

This video is outstanding because it got seized up on insurance and came apart on me. I was about to cave and send it in to have them install, but now that I know how to reassemble the sub assembly I’m gonna give it a new shot today. Thank you very much.

*****TIP: I figured out that applying just a little gun grease (ex. EWG Slip 2000) to the part (2nd disconector) that held the IDS spring kept it firmly in place and made installation much easier so spring would not just keep falling out***** thanks for video make it easy to do.

Took me like an hr to get the stupid spring back in, I used gravity to keep it against the side, then partly insterted the slave, added the last piece then drove the slave the rest of the way. Such a pain

Thank you! Customers are paying 300-400 dollars for the BFSIII and it's EXTREMELY pathetic of the manufacture to be so careless to having not provided the assembly instructions/diagrams for the trigger group! They're also PATHETIC since they're instructions said there is to (x2) ids springs! I went through hell trying to reading through blogs and searching videos, etc before finding out from BFSIII that they're STUPID since there's not 2 of those springs. Just 1 spring. They said it was a misprint

For me, it was the slave pin not pushing out that caused this whole mess. Now trying to put everything back together, it’s the slave pin not wanting to go all the way through. Any advice to work this pin or did I just get lucky and get a large pin

I wanted to ask your vertical foregrip is amazing of that rifle. Where did you source it? If I may ask. Thank you for your content and appreciate your time sir.

@reyvinarms1420 Жыл бұрын
Since I do not own the Ruger I cannot give 100% certainty. From the research I have done, the Ruger has a small pin configuration like most AR15s out there. I am 99% sure it will work fine.

@reyvinarms14202 жыл бұрын
@@xxc-strokesxx6247 I was being goofy as well. They run really well provided you get the timing down. If you just pull and release as fast as you can, you will outpace the bolt carrier and get a failure to fire. Then you have to cycle the action and start again. If you get into a nice rhythm, you can RIP through a mag in no time.
