Isn't the Blue & Silver Metra Unit one of the Amtrak California Engines. The MILW Heritage Unit is very cool I had no idea that they had done that. Next they should do a Cascade Green BN Unit and a Green & Yellow C&NW engine.

I noticed a flag covering the inside of the windows of 1776. Wonder what the purpose/reason is for this?

It's a print on the window, just to add to the appearance of the locomotive.
