Yep, Maceo played sax for James Brown back in the day, his other uncle (who's first name I can't remember at the moment) played drums for him too :) What a musical family. Whew. Love it!

I would recommend checking out her other songs. She doesn't have the typical soul sound, but her music does have soul. Her imagination and eclecticism transcends the genre and make her music a tough listen for some. This song isn't the best example of her soul.
