@@RonPetersen omg how cool to get a comment from the originator. Love it. I played for 50 years, and finally knew when things had changed (no tattoos, speed riffs, and makeup). Best wishes to you Ron

Hi Ron. I love this so much! My friend and I are doing a remote recording project (sending stuff back and forth and trying to remain in the analog domain - which is harder than it sounds in this day and age) and your version of this song is top on our list! I'd love to pick your brain about equipment you used, the studio environment, and guitar techniques, if you'd be willing to chat somehow? We are big Frantic's fans.

This song was also later recorded by The Ventures, titled "The Fourth Dimension" on their Ventures in Space album in 1963. The Ventures were also on the Dolton label as Frantics fans know. The Ventures were also a Seattle Tacoma based group. The Ventures in Space album charted well and was the first album that stated the Ventures play Mosrite Guitars exclusively. Only one original member of The Ventures is still living but the group is still recording and touring primarily in Japan with new members but a very similar sound.

Fun post, Charles! This was the third and highest charting single by the Frantics, reaching #83 on the Hot 100 in February of 1960, following two chart entries by this Seattle group in 1959.

Hi Ron. This is so great. My friend and I are doing a remote recording project (just sending stuff back and forth) and this song is on our list to play. I have tons of questions on equipment you used, and style you played it in. Would you mind me picking your brain about this? We're big Frantics fans!

every song thats in a quentin tarantino movie is basically ruined. Songs from a more innocent time ruined by violent movies that have no relation to the songs in question
