For those not aware - in the book she is seeking revenge against a literary critic for his dealings with her lover's book; the devil gave her an ointment to make herself invisible and fly - on a broom; en route to the devil and his familiars she pops into the apartment of a literary agent who is out at a memorial of another agent who has been beheaded by a tram. The book really is great and no wonder has inspired The Stones et al. I have only just encountered it after a Russian recommended it to me.

I tried to find the recording from which the song comes from, but from what I saw in Discogs, it may be from the first recording they ever made, although it's not available online. I really want a copy (digital or whatever), bc this is the best version imo
