To tell you the truth I think that this Piano concerto has made its time and now sounds as a disturbing virtuosity full of dust ….. with respectful consideration of all the players

Virtuosity for virtuosity's sake, pointless noisemonger, Liszt. But at least he gave us Wagner's Muse. Marta Argerich is glorious but why would she touch this stuff?
