I have really enjoyed the Cunard series, really opened my eyes to a new ship and experience at sea. It’s clear how much you loved it and as always your enthusiasm is so lovely

Thanks so much, Joanne! I’m so glad people seem to have enjoyed it. I’ll be back on Cunard for QM2 in a few months, but onto the next ship now!!

Your recent video onboard the MSC Meraviglia popped up on my algorithm last week and I have to admit I assumed everything you mentioned going wrong - that it was normal and I've always been put off cruise ships in general. Watching your other series such as the Virgin Voyages, I have to admit, didn't change my mind. However, this series and your time on board the Cunard Queen Elizabeth has made me realize this is the cruise I would love to do. From the luxury interior of the ship to the port stops, to the beautiful sea being sailed in. For someone who, up until a few weeks ago, couldn't understand why people did cruise after cruise, I now can't wait for the opportunity to do one (this cruise) myself. I'm subscribed - all the best on growing your channel!

Ah, I’m so glad you’ve found me - welcome to my little corner of KZbin, and thanks for commenting to say hello! I believe so strongly that not every cruise product is for everyone, but I also believe there’s one for every taste. I’ve got so much more to show you - hopefully you’ll continue to enjoy following along - thanks again for your support!

Have enjoyed your series on QE. We went on our first ever cruise in Nov/Dec 2023 as I suffer terrible motion sickness and wanted to see how I would travel so choose a QE 7 day cruise just before Christmas. With seasickness patches I was fine. Next time you Cruise on QE try around Christmas because with the decorations up it just sparkles. Each day as they decorated there were more Christmas Trees and decorations. Loved it so much we are booked on just before Christmas again this year.

Ahh, I’m so glad you gave it a try - so many people I speak to are scared of the motion side of things. I was actually on QM2 (vlogs coming soon), and she looked stunning with all the decorations up. Will need to google QE - I bet she was the same! Thanks for your comment!

As always I enjoyed your video. So glad you liked the QE2! Was curious what a young guy like you would think of it. No definite date but want to the do the trans-Atlantic voyage as soon as possible. And a Panama Canal voyage is definitely on the bucket list.

Ahh, I’m so glad you’ve enjoyed - thanks a million for watching! I’ll take ‘young’ as a compliment - not as young as I used to be, ha! Onto the next ship now…!!

Great series. I was surprised that people had to go ashore if they were continuing the cruise. When we were staying on Queen Victoria for the next cruise, we just stayed on board. Maybe the port has their own rules. Disembarkation day is always sad.

Thanks so much, Joan! I think it’s a USA thing - on my Rotterdam B2B, I had to leave the ship in Florida, then go straight back on - such an annoyance, and sort of removes the luxury of a B2B somewhat!

Port Everglades is nice. As big as it is, it seemed much more spread out compared to Miami! That's cool they had free laundry onboard! Very nice ship. I enjoyed this series, thanks!

Loved the series, we were on QE a little bit after you, loved the whole thing but we had a similar problem with disembarkation but it was due to some international passengers who didnt leave on time and nobody could disembark until they had so everyone was stuck on the ship. (Not sure of the exact detail all they said was international, but since we were also international I would guess it was someone who had booked flights with Cunard or boarded earlier than we did and needed to do customs)

Ah, that’s so annoying! I’m glad you loved the whole experience and didn’t let that tarnish it though. I was so impressed by the Cunard product - excited for my next one! Thanks so much for watching!!

Thank you so much for making this video. We are going on a Cunard cruise in a few weeks and this answered so many of the questions I had about disembarkation. I wonder if breakfast can be taken in the room on that day

Hey! I’ll do a video on this, but in short I took a sabbatical from my corporate world job to travel, so saved hard to make it happen! 😊
