Heya, have you guys tried adding 2 sets of rollers to increase contact area, adding some compression to the game piece so it springs out, or adding a roof so the piece doesn't try squeezing its way out?

Hi! That is a great idea! Our team is working on adding a pair of rollers behind the ones we already have on there and hoping to add a roof to the shooter. We'll have updates soon!
