I’m curious, as an electronics lead of an frc team, what are the pros and cons of having an electronics “area” on the underside of the robot? Looking for simplifying for next year and making access and ease of use better

Twice the space for electronics and easy to access are the main ones. Only hardened stuff goes down there though, so motor controllers, pneumatics, and PDH is about it. Fancy electronics, like pi's and the rio go on top.
