Parking along the highway should not be allowed. A "No Parking" board should be put along the road. The driver of the car should pay for their medical expenses. I wish the injured a speedy recovery.

this is the exact reason why I keep distance from my two wheeler and parked four wheeler. I assume always no matter what that someone might open the door to walk out. Also there was one incident which happened to me when I was entering in our appartment there was narrow space and four wheeler was moving slowly towards our appartment from the very same passage. I honked them before even coming close to vehicle still one idiot opened the door. Luckily I was already littlte ahead but my sis who was riding pilion got hit on the leg.
