Great job Fallon and can I say you are a darn good singer....glad you are ok, I had my cinch let go on me as well, I was riding down the road when my horse spotted a deer just to the side of us, she spooked, jumped sideways with such energy that the cinch let go completely but the saddle stayed on long enough for me to jump off. It all happened so fast and it taught me to always check my equipment before each ride in great detail. Take care and don’t worry about what anyone says because this can happen to anyone even the best of us. 🦄💕from🇨🇦

Oh well stuff happens but the fact that you are so in tuned with your horses and what’s going on around you specks to your professionalism. An amateur may have blinders on and a one track mind only concentrating on the job at hand but you being the professional champion that you are can see, hear, and be aware of the whole picture. You are an amazing rider, and anyone who say the same thing or something similar hasn’t happened to them is lying or not been riding long enough. Things happen, don’t beat yourself up about. So glad you heard the tear. Had the same thing happen to my april 2016 but I wasn't so lucky. The cinch broke on a friend's saddle I was trotting their horse around. I ended up under the horse and stepped all on. Walked out of the practice pen with 4 broke ribs and both lungs punctured and collapsed. Lesson is always check your gear before crawling on lol

So this is like a year late but when my 2yr old colt was green broke and I was fresh into riding I nearly got killed by my cinch snapping. I was 10 and my horse heard it before I did and took off, I fell off and blacked out only to wake up to her foot missing my head (without a helmet) by about 2 inches. So so glad you showed this! I got out of it with a severely broken arm, but I was alive and didn't have a concussion! I've feared riding ever since, even though my horse wasn't at fault, she actually saved my life by being aware of where I fell.
