I bought a countertop dishwasher when I got my first stimulus check. That has pretty much saved my relationship as we live in a tiny studio & my disabilities have been getting worse. Speaking of disabilities, the umbrella hat would be helpful for people that are using walkers. I ended up getting a big rain poncho for me, but I still shy away from going out on rainy days.

I bought the countertop dishwasher because of your review, and I love mine! We have an old apartment without a built in dishwasher. It is really handy as we accumulate dishes throughout the whole day, run it while we sleep, and we wake up to clean dishes. I highly recommend it! We especially love the built in water tank as our faucet would be incompatible with all other countertop dishwashers.

I got the magnetic charging cables, as I use an android phone and a Kindle, which have different adapter ports. While the magnetic chargers do charge slower, I find not having to mess with 2 different types of charging cables much easier. The light-up feature is both a blessing and a bane, as they are BRIGHT at night and I usually have to hide the end in a dresser drawer as they light up and stay lit up when plugged in. The adapter pieces that go into your phone port do come out easily so if I need a faster charge for my phone, I can switch over to a C type cable. They've held up well over a year and I'm hoping for more advances in that field! Thank you for the reviews!

One of the products here is one we use very often, even at work, and that's the soup mug. That product is amazing! It works really great for instant noodles too, hot water from the cooler at work, or out of the electric kettle here at home and about 4 minutes to sit and cook and you're ready to enjoy. It's so convenient to add the noodles, pour the water and just set it at my desk at work and keep right on working for a few minutes. Cleaning them is super easy too, just a quick rinse or even top rack of the dishwasher and they're like new again.

I also clean all water out of the unit daily. especially the puddled water when you remove the filter. Other wise the water can go stagnant. I have only used the Normal wash twice as the Speed setting does just a good of a job. I grow grapes and make tons of Concord grape jam so I use the Fruit Wash cycle a lot in the fall. I did find that using pods is Over Kill for this washer as they are made for a full size washer and can actually clog the counter top size. ... I switched to Gel instead and love it. Liquid just doesn't clean as well.

(2 ears you go 8 mins. I usually do 2 for 8 but I have done 3 at 12 and it was ok too) then you take them out (with a pot holder cause they HOT) and cut through about an half inch- inch above the bottom of the stem side. Grab the top part and shake and wiggle the ear out and boom. Fully cooked ear of corn no shucking. I'll never shuck corn again. (Look up microwave ear of corn video for visual demo. @lynnleigha5802 жыл бұрын
69 minutes, how much in electricity and water? When it would take you literally 2 minutes and a quarter of that water, just to do it by hand
@scaper82 жыл бұрын
Actually dishwashers tend to be _more_ water efficient than hand washing. Granted, you need to fill a dishwasher more fully, so a smaller model like this may negate that; and for a standard larger one, it may mean running it every other day or so depending on you household size. But, on the whole, they really do tend to be less resource wasteful.
@koi.in.pond31492 жыл бұрын
These days dishwashers are very energy efficient and also very water efficient as well.They actually use the less water than doing a load by hand and you don't even have to fill the whole dishwasher. He definitely could have put more dishes in there but he was just doing a experiment to see which one was cleaning better.
@koi.in.pond31492 жыл бұрын
Schein is specifically talking about Energy Star-certified dishwashers, but experts say most modern dishwashers outperform washing by hand. Washing dishes by hand sends more than two gallons per minute down the drain, while dishwashers typically use between 2 and 8 gallons of water per cycle.
