Chi yeah I could say I’m not bilingual more like a multilingual but still only ones I am most confident in are my mother tongue and english it’s too confusing for me to figure out what I am when it comes to being bilingual or multilingual or what. I am not that fluent neither in French nor Korean or Japanese as fluent as I am in my mother tongue and also in English so I guess I can say that I am a bilingual who is close enough to be a multilingual (I guess I can say that I am around A1 A2 level in Korean and in between A2 and B1 in French) I meant the byelingual as in I get lost quite a lot when it comes to speaking out loud ( not in written/texting form) just like Chan.

I feel this on a spiritual level. My native language is tagalog but my first language is actually english (due to my surroundings). I taught myself how to speak japanese, and I'm still not that fluent but at least able to converse properly and write/read basics. And I've added others in to the mix. I'm focusing on korean right now because of a future trip to Korea and I don't even know what I'm saying most of the time. It's all jumbled up in me.
