Haha I feel what you say! It is probably food portions kings eat a lot! You can eat super health but if you eat more then you burn you still gain weight. 3000 callories of veg is still 3000 callories! But you will get vitamines and other things your body needs. Just try to count your callories for a week. Often you eat a loooot more then you realise. (I live for food haha so I know out of my own experience) This guy is super active. I do alot of sport and my skin is always way better when I am active and go outside more. And often these people look oké form the outside... But their insides are really bad. You can be skinny and fat at the same time. his organs have a layer of fat on them. That is a lot more damaging than fat on you belly. Plus he eats alot of salt... His vains look like someone who has obesitas because of high bloodpresure. And your mind is a big role too. If your happy and less stressed your body tends to lose more weight. :)

When my son was 4, all he wanted to eat for dinner was a peanut butter sandwich, we all ate at the table, and I made him his sandwich, I never tried to force any other food on him, and he got over it; another thing is when kids are not actively growing, they are not really hungry, so forcing a child to eat when they are not hungry, is why some kids have problems with food later on in life; if you get upset over a child not eating, it will make him/her think that it is something to be upset about, when all you need to do is listen to your child, and see what they are doing; it could be a medical problem as well, so you can't just say [eat it], it won't help the problem.

I've seen variations of this many times. Adults who were bulled in childhood, becoming bullies as adults. In some cases, having children just to have someone TO bully. My Father was one of those, He was tyrannical and micromanaging. At dinnertime, everyone was required to have dinner at the dinner table. My older brother was drinking his milk and made a slurping noise, my Father broke the glass right in my brothers face. My older brother worshiped my Father......At least until he blew his head off with a 12 gauge shotgun. I have two daughters, both in their 30's. I have a perfectly good relationship with the older daughter, the youngest has written me out of her life. My question of "WHY" has never been answered. I've asked my older daughter, she refuses to get involved. I have a friend, six months older than I am who also has two daughters. The older has never had a long term relationship, I think one year is her record. She is the center of her own Universe, she is currently living back at her parents home. She's like 38 or 39 now, when my friend told me this, he caught my shock/alarm (I know there's a right word for this, I just can't remember it right now) and explained she was trying to reorder her life...My thought, none of my business. But the point I was getting to was his youngest daughter has also written him out of her life...Along with her Mother (my wife died of esophageal cancer, I suspect my youngest blames me somehow). What I want to say is what goes along, comes along. But there has to be a way to break this cycle. Can we put a "/" between "what goes along, comes along"? A 'one does not need to equal the other'. Is it really that difficult?
@tifflovesmetal4 жыл бұрын
Many times a narcissistic parent will have a golden child and a scapegoat child. They will turn the golden child against the scapegoat and play comparison games and other evil tactics. Later in life the scapegoat realizes the trauma they endured, but golden sibling will be unable to sympathize because they weren’t treated in the same manners. My parents were nuts and my youngest sister wrote my dad off mostly because I was more of a parent to her than anyone so she didn’t need him. Especially after my folks split and he became an addict. Anyway, there are lots of reasons why kids shun parents, and parents need to reflect on their own behaviour rather than the kids.
@Stephen-cr3sc4 жыл бұрын
@@tifflovesmetal ......This "Golden Child" and "Scapegoat Child" intrigues me. Kind of like a Royal having a "Whipping Boy". I tried to slot this concept into my childhood, and my own Children's childhoods. I gave the Daughter who rejected me way more help and attention than the Daughter who still cares if I'm still breathing. I came from a Family with five Children, I had only two girls of my own. As mentioned above, one was high maintenance, the other low maintenance. What you say rings true, but I can't figure out how to make it fit......That's what makes it intriguing. You're right, but the concept needs to be turned inside-out or something, it needs a serious rethink. Does the problem Child resent the non-problem Child. And just to make this a bit more confusing, my youngest is the Mother of my three Grandchildren, My older Daughter lives with them in the same house. The older Daughter got Divorced. I'm totally lost in this shit.

At least it would help them rather than it just going to waste in a bin. I know there is a symbolic element to the person throwing the crux food out of their life literally and this is tv after all and they want something to show but even so. I fully agree total waste.

@@charedegaming right, and I get that they are using shock value when they display the food to show how they eat in a month or year... But what do they do with it afterwards? And opening packages like bread contaminates the bread so it can't be resoled or given away, I get it's shock value but come on, there are people who can barely afford a slice of bread and your just going to waste all that food?

Sort of like barbeque sauce, but not as "tangy." Most people put it on meat products. I cannot really describe a taste. It would taste odd if you put it on a salad. Most people would not do that.

Racist? Why? How?
@kerrcampbell74074 жыл бұрын
@@jonyongkkkl5119 your comment is more than just low key racist. Why start with haggis? These people are English, not Scottish. Haggis is actually quite heavily spiced, with things like peppercorn, cinnamon, coriander, and nutmeg which are all spices used in many cuisines around the world, including Indian which is one of the countries that uses spices the most. Because of your apparent cultural ignorance you were wrong about the country and the food, so don't talk about things you know nothing about. And do not confuse Scotland with England.

Every episode of this show there's a comment wondering about why they don't start him up with baby steps and with easy things that are basically the exact same that he's already eating. He's been babied his whole life, and he's an adult now. And the point is that he can do fine with real foods, and doesn't need the thing he's addicted to.

Brown sauce has so much salt in it (1,300 per 6.7 Tbsp) that it is essentially flavored salt in a vinegar/sugar base with flavorings. If you removed the salt, he wouldn't eat it. It's a salt addiction. Take the salt out of any addictive food and it ceases to be an addiction. Addictive foods can be chocolate, cheese, bread, pastries, pizza, chips, commercial cereal, hot dogs, burgers, snack foods, crackers, etc. and all these foods have one thing in common. Salt. Salt makes us hungry (experiments have shown), causes us to eat too much, gain weight, develop high blood pressure, and eat too much commercial foods. Battling fat/overweight by controlling everything but salt defeats the purpose. Stop eating salt and you stop eating all the time. Hunger disappears to a large degree, and returns to normal. Tastes become sharpened to where even a dollop of jam is way too sweet. A piece of pickle is overwhelming. Choice of amounts of food go way down. This is why the food industry puts so many different kinds of sodium and salt into our foods. They know. But they keep pointing to fat/sugar/carbs/calories. It's a magic trick.
