No they didn't. They liked to pretend they did there's never been order in the underworld but people in general were a lot harder in those days. If someone had burgled my mums house I would have got my mates together and ironed the burglar out. Most working class people would have done the same. Plenty of embellishment, having the liberty to write what you like.Tony and and his brother had different part's in the murder. Tony the bigger part because of his involment from start to finish. His brother after the fact. That the truth.

I wasn't around when these guys were doing their stuff so i won't know the truth, but I have a query and it's that in a few videos on KZbin I've heard geezers from back then saying that Tony wasn't really liked and that he was the main reason Jack the hat Mcvitie got killed cause apparently he kept going backwards and forwards to Reggie and Ronnie telling them both things that Jack had done or said, like rubbing salt into the wound and Tony if this is the truth, he goes around trying to look like a good fella a nice guy, knowing that Ronnie was a blinking psycho and could do something very bad, Tony should of kept his mouth shut, as I've also heard on videos that Jack was a nice guy, liked by loads and that he had never done anything against the Krays for Reggie to take it that far, Jack in a drunken stupor might of made a silly comment, but nothing to get killed about. So question is was or is Tony a nice person or not?
