In 1993, I work in Dubai and we had a co worker from Iran, he’s so very kind and very friendly to us, we used to call him Kuya Masood because he’s like an older brother to us. One time he went home for a vacation and when he back, he gave us “pasalubong” precious gifts. He’s one of a kind as I missed his company. I could tell by the way the lyrics made her tears drop that it was a very special song for her. Then recently I found the English interpretation, and although it's not exactly like the Tagolag version, it was very moving.
