Freddie Starr was the UK's BEST all-round entertainer that ever lived in my eyes. He could tell jokes, he could sing, he could dance, he could do impersonations, he could act, he could do his own stunts, and even get the audience involved!! Also, the best Elvis tribute I have heard! A great man, sadly missed!!!

If you just closed your eyes, and just listened, you'd swear blind that that was Elvis Presley himself singing! That's how good an impressionist Freddie was!

I grew up in England in the 1970`s. Freddie Star was a great Comic and Star - whilst Elvis was still alive and as famous as everybody else in the world put together.

I saw this. It comes from an episode of An Audience with Freddie Starr where he did a televised show for an audience of celebreties. Before he did this he had the audience crying with laughter. Then he came out and did this! An incredibly talented and versatile man.

Freddie was a genius, a brilliant comedian who would literally have you crying with laughter, a great voice, his elvis songs are simply awesome but off screen whilst he was shy and reserved he was also a great guy who was your best friend when you finally got to know him He very much became a recluse in his final years as he got implicated in Operation Yewtree when many famous celebrities of the late 1900's in England got caught up in the aftermath of the vile Jimmy Saville story , some righty so but many were associated to it simply because they shared there fame at the same period of time.Freddy was deeply hurt by the accusations but he was later proven innocent however it was a tragic end to his career and life.

You should react to his Elvis concert. You could do it in 4 parts . Love your reactions of a fellow Scouser . So many acts came out of Liverpool in 60s including the Beatles of course lol . Oh and Liverpool has the most number 1s since the charts began
