You can find the foam everywhere; amazon, eBay, on internet searching shopes for cosplay. In my case I bought the foam in cosplay4life site. But is in Italy so idk if is worth for u. The cost depends on the thickness of the foam, to make you understand 2 mm 10 euros for meter. However the material for freddy is not foam but foamrubber which costs much less and you can also buy it in a mattress shop
