The main diss/sideburn is a triple reference there. 1: Wolverine's hair / sideburn 2: The fact that he has been burned down alive, so he's speaking from personnal experience, referencing his face. 3: stating the fact that it's not even the main dish he delivered yet, just the side/appetizer.

As far as the philosophers I'd just like make a recap about what you thought about them since you want a genuine reaction or you could go live and discuss it. Really I think it wouldn't matter if you watch it again just as a "Breakdown" video instead of a reaction. Good job. Not my favorite erb. I love the Nightmare movies, but I've never had any desire to see an x-men or marvel movie. As for the Philosophers, maybe you can add a disclaimer and just re-record the last few minutes so we don't lose your initial reaction to the parts that are preserved. That's a great erb.

I think "spread red on your bedspread" is also a specific reference to Nancy's boyfriend's (can't remember his name, just know that he was played by Johnny Depp) death from the first movie where Freddy pulled him into the bed and then geysered all of his blood into the room.

The Nancy line is a double so Nancy is the character on the first movie but he says “a Nancy” which is a derogatory term for someone weak also

They probably didnt mean this (i don't think the movie had even come out yet when this battle came out) but you could also take "weapon X flashbacks" to be referencing the terrible Deadpool (called weapon X) in The Wolverine

Ah no, gutted about the Philosophers, really looking forward to that but these things happen. How about offering it as a bonus upload when you reach x number of subs or likes? Not one of the top ERBs this but even their 'ok' is top drawer, some great lines. Next I'd suggest Zeus vs Thor, Romeo and Juliet vs Bonnie and Clyde or more election ones given that going on in USA there. Cheers!

If I remember correctly, in some iterations, Freddy Krueger was falsely accused of everything, and I think if you watch it keeping that in mind, his disses are just slightly better, but Wolverine still fucking destroys him

I don't feel like that Singer/Actor line from Freddy really lands. He's making fun of Wolverine because he's played by an actor, while Freddy Krueger is also a movie character portrayed by an actor, and that actor's performance is the best part of his movies...yeah, I dunno about that one.

It's not Freddy from a different universe or a different continuity, It's an entirely different creature that uses Freddy's popularity, likeness, and people's fear of Freddy to manifest itself and kill people in a world where Freddy exists as a fictional character. It's like that guy who dressed up as Jason Voorhees and went on a killing spree in the one Friday the 13th movie besides the first where Jason doesn't appear at all. It looks like the same character and pretends to be that character, but at the end of the day, it's an imitation, and not the real deal. But the character battling Wolverine IS Freddy from his own continuity, where there isn't a Nightmare on Elm Street movie Franchise that he's using to become poweful, he's just the character from the movie who's a pedo and supernatural serial killer.
