What he explained with Cassie in Philosophy and debate is called "sunk-cost fallacy" . It's the phenomenon whereby a person is reluctant to abandon a strategy or course of action because they have invested heavily in it, even when it is clear that abandonment would be more beneficial. I feel it's a bit of that with the Diddy situation, fear and low self esteem/Psychological aspects.

He spoke straight insight. Esp about his mindset as it relates to how he grew up and where he comes from. I don’t come from that world, tho I’ve had glimpses from afar. The PTSD associated needs to be addressed but that’s something America won’t *never* put money into.

I always wondered why he gave that up! Thanks for clearing that up Boss! GLAD you had the heart to walk away. MUCH RESPECT to you! I remember that fight you had with the other member of da Band.. I just talked to a friend of mine about a week ago about that part, and the look on everybody's face when Diddy pulled up to get him. You would think everyone would be running up to him like most people do to celebrities, yet there was a look of total shock, which had me thinking, "What did he tell them about Diddy?"🤔"And why didn't he want to go back?"
